Maldives: NOOE resort

The Maldives is the place for luxury too.  There's something for every budget, depending what that budget is.  We have stayed twice at NOOE which is a quiet, small resort with overwater villas and beach bungalows.  The service was impeccable and the staff incredibly friendly.  It is beautiful.
